  Got a number 1 with no onions It had onions Came back after calling Wasn't a smasher like i ordered, no complaints yet, but she said to my face "I made sure there was no onions" There was onions 🥀 The betrayal when I saw there was shredded onion's in my burger 🥀💔

  Im 14 weeks pregnant and i just wanted some chicken with buffalo squce i was not informed about them not having no wings or aparently curly fries dont exist. I cant eat ground beef it makes me feel so sick they still forced my autistic husband to get a sandwich he informed them i was pregnant and that beef makes me throw up they didn't care. They didn't give him a chance to ask for anything else and he had asked for at least buffalo sauce for my vcraving but they didn't even give that when he came home he looked defeated. And when i heard what happened i called a lady answerd the phone and was incredibly rude i didn't get no refund no nothing but food i couldn't eat so it was wasted.

  Sent my husband to go get food. They took his order and wouldn’t come out to do he could pay. They yelled at a worker to try and get her attention and she completely ignored them. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Never in my life going back over there.

  I visited this location recently and had a disappointing experience at the drive-through. I overheard the short blonde lady speaking disrespectfully to a Mexican employee and asking, “Are you even from here?” The interaction came across as inappropriate and discriminatory. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness staff being treated that way (especially being from a Hispanic background) I believe all employees deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their background. I hope management addresses this situation seriously and works toward creating a more professional and respectful work environment.
