  5/15/26 Happy Hour Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade...I was NOT HAPPY and yes, spent almost an hour waiting in the drive thru. The girl at the window was rude, she didn't give me my change (waited for her to open the window but was ignored) only 50 cents but it's the principle AND our drinks were "water and cherry"! I get this drink always in Rio Rancho, we certainly know this was water. Would have returned it but late to work.

  Fast friendly service, fresh quality ingredients. Delicious hamburgers and fries. I will continue to eat here again and I recommend them. I love Sonic!!

  Every time I go here at night I feel like I’m inconveniencing these people lives. I ordered a MINI turtle blast I made sure to say MINI twice while ordering. I get to the window and the girl reads my order “ Medium turtle blast” I say no I ordered a mini and she says are you sure you don’t want a medium? I’m pretty sure if I wanted a medium I would’ve ordered just that. She proceeds to give me a blast with no spoon smh. I also ordered a strawberry shake so she hands me a drink straw so I ask for a fatter one which I usually get when I order a shake. She hands me another drink straw so I ask again for a wide one and she says you mean a boba straw? Management please train your employees on basic things. The guy taking orders is not in any way shape or form customer friendly, maybe put him in the back not customer facing. For once the online pickup wasn’t blocked off by a truck otherwise I would’ve placed an online order. I would’ve given no stars had it been an option.

  Rude employees and Managers. Refused to give food or refund. WARNING to anyone who is thinking of dining there. Bad customer service. Will never go there again!!!!!

  Really sloppy food when it isn't close to busy and they short you on the fries. Customer service, post COVID courtesy for sure. I will not be going here again. At 8:10pm an employee blocked off the stalls to order with his truck. Forcing drive thru only. Pretty sure the are supposed to stay open.
