  The staff inside was eating while making the food. I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out... WRONG. I ordered a plain cheese burger and it was still loaded.

  This is the last time coming here... do that train them or what?.. ordered 2 of the same burger one came all smothered in sauce couldn't even see the burger. The other all bone dry..

  If I could leave no stars that would be better. I have lived near this sonic for ten years and have tried it multiple times throughout my decade here and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been a horrible experience. Corporate really needs to come in and do a deep investigation.

  I know I should get better at checking my order immediately after getting it but, for all the money this location makes… can you seriously not invest in a working intercom at the drive-thru? I don’t know how many times I’ve gone through there expecting a different outcome but I literally have to yell my order only to still have it repeated back wrong multiple times. Most times I don’t want to make an already long wait, longer so I just leave cause I’m tired of waiting also. The drive up windows are equally either not working or malfunctioning. Other than that the food is good, just wish I didn’t ALWAYS get the wrong food.

  I don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow directions on an order. Like read your stuff. Tonight I did a DoorDash order and only got one of my ice creams. Tried calling the store twice and no one answered. This is the worst sonic I know. If you don’t want to work and do your job right then don’t work in a fast food place.
