  Service at the bernalillo 550 location is horrible , all the staff is young an have no customer service skills , I waited over 10 minutes to receive my order of 3 items , 2 coffees an still had to get down go inside an get my order , spoke with the manager Emanuel an he was very rude an has no management skills whatsoever , this McDonald's is just getting worse , im a town resident an business ower an now drive to the 528 location because of the SLOW AN HORRIBLE SERVICE... I DON'T RECOMMEND USING THIS LOCATION...

  Ordered two sausage McMuffins at 1.49 each off their menu. When they enter in two it changes the price to 2.00 each. When we asked them about the over charges they were not very knowledgeable knowledgeable at all. They got a manager and she went into the computer and all she could tell us is when you order two you get the two for 4.00. We actually had only ordered one in the first place along with the rest of our order. It was a dollar overcharge so we didn't want to press the issue but what upsets us the most is not knowledgeable enough to correct it or make it right with us. Just stated that there was nothing they could do. Now days with the price of everything, this is so unfair to overcharge customers like this. Not satisfied at all with this McDonald's.
