Ben and Izzy are so amazing! Gave top notch customer service and were the best part of my day! Also want to point out this is the only place in Abq, Rio Rancho, or Bernalillo that offers white coffee. Bless you Dutch Bros.

The girl at the walk up window did not get my order right. She was rude from the beginning.I asked for soft top, with chocolate drizzle. I went back to the window to tell her she forgot my soft top and chocolate drizzle. She was rude and filled my cup up with too much chocolate drizzle. The bottom of my cup is filled with chocolate. I feel like she was being sarcastic. There was a gentleman in line ordering and she didn’t charge him. He must of been her boyfriend. She needs more training on Customer Service Skills.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Jaiden A for her incredible service the past few times I have stopped by Dutch Bros. Jaiden is absolutely amazing! She is always so friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude. She goes out of her way to make sure every interaction is a great one, and her customer service truly stands out. She always makes my visits to Dutch Bros enjoyable and makes sure my drink is exactly how I want it. Jaiden is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have her on their team!
