The soda machine was down so I bought a 2 leader soda. This was for dine in service. The young lady working the front was rude and dis respectful. She said she would bring everything out and I waited a while and then went and asked for my cups of ice. She said their was none the sodas were cold so no ice was needed. I asked for a refund for.the soda and she talked to someone hiding in the back and came back and said they don't do refunds. You could guess I got mad and then she said they would do it this time but for now on they don't do refunds. You order at the counter for dine in service and then they are rude and then the pizza came out. The pan crust was flat and old you can tell when the crust is mostly white instead of golden brown. Ordered a meat lovers with jalapeños toppings were light with about eight peppers. The pepperoni lovers had one learn of pepperoni on it standard pepperoni. Not too happy this time. Pizza hut used to be the number one choice for pizza they have fallen way down.

Wonderful Dine-In Experience! We absolutely love dining at this Pizza Hut at the Belen location! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the restaurant is consistently clean and comfortable. The service is what really keeps us coming back. We eat at this location often, and we almost always choose to dine in rather than take our food home because we genuinely enjoy the restaurant experience here. It’s nice to be able to sit down, enjoy our food, and feel welcomed by the staff. Thank you to the entire team for providing such great service and keeping the restaurant clean and inviting. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 🍕❤️
