  Ordered a Cordon Bleu at 1 in the morning and within 5 minutes my order was ready. Fast and friendly service.

  The manager was really rude about coupons had a coupon for a free sandwich and she basically told us if you need that free sandwich bad I guess then we got the price didn't seem she even applied our coupons then we asked about my boyfriends first responder discount she got even more annoyed was like is he even in uniform which he was just completely rude before we went there they never given us a problem until that red headed lady

  On 2/17/26 at approx 17:00, we were on a road trip and stopped for gas at Love's. We were hungry and noticed they had an Arby's. However, Arby's fell short of our expectations during this latest visit. The staff's lack of focus on customer service was apparent, and the food quality suffered as a result. The curly fries, in particular, were a disaster - there were 2 small curly fries and the rest were small pieces that were stale, dry, and overcooked. Furthermore, the state of the restaurant was concerning, with trash cans overflowing and every table left dirty. I wish we would've noticed this before we ordered. We took our order to eat on the road. I think they count on that because we weren't going to turn around to complain! There seemed to be plenty of staff there for the amount of customers. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to meet its potential, and I hope Arby's will take steps to improve.
