  The Angus beef sub was colder than it was warm. I thought it was ok but further I ate the colder it got. By then it was too late to take it to the counter and ask for a hot sub. Also the food including the curly fries have a tart aftertaste. Do not eat there if you want hot food. It is too cold in temperature inside at the booth.

  The French dip sandwich wasn't good at all. Meat was tough kinda like rubbery. No taste to the dipping sauce. The cheese sticks and apple turnover were good. Dr Pepper and diet Dr Pepper were flat.

  Always stopped at this Arbys when traveling between Las Cruces and Albuquerque. Was always decent until lately. Stopped today and got a meal. I honestly didn’t know fries could be that hard and overcooked. I instantly threw them out. Had the taste of scorched grease and were rock hard. No way these should have been served. I was a fan but now done with Arbys. It was this location that helped me make that decision.

  I usually try to get food to go as soon as possible due to work. I have tried numerous times to call and the phone is never answered. I'd try to order online on the app but that location doesn't allow ordering online. The food tasted like it was the day before especially the fries. Belen has so few options for food after 8pm and unfortunately I think I would have had a better meal getting food at the attached gas station.

  All the food tasted horrible. The oil clearly needed to be changed. Expensive and disappointing.
