  Waited in line for an employee to talk to her friend in the drive thru for 15 min just so they can drive off with no food and 5 cars behind me. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!! Will never go back again.

  I just ordered a foot long coney dog with green Chile added with some tater tots , I got my order twice wrong and the thrid time I didnt receive any green chilie on coney after speaking to the manager. I repeated the order four times an still got nowhere . Check your orders before leaving .

  I come here quite often for drinks/snacks. I really like to have a Vanilla, coconut dr. pepper. I always order online, so I am excited about the new rewards system they have now. I am nervous that your status resets every year and it takes 30 days to get back to getting drinks half off, but I could be reading that wrong. I hope that is not the case just because that is going to add up quickly $. I am hoping you will have coupons the 1st of the year. The Sonic in Aztec is clean and has nice employees. I don't know all of there names, but the carhops have all been very nice to me. Layla, Caleb, Patrick and others. The ice cream machine has never been "broken" when I have ordered a blast or shake, which is awesome! I also love that I can get a breakfast burrito for dinner. Oh, and my doggos love going to get pup cups of ice cream or whipped cream before the park.
