  Went in for a bag of ice. Machine running to slow to sell a bag. Returned the next day when it's slow with no customers. Now I'm told they don't sell bags of ice. And whoever was working the mic at 7:20pm on mother's day y'all need to teach that kid a thing or 2 about customer service. Any wonder nobody wants to eat here with the attitude coming out of that kitchen. Do better. If you don't wanna do your job don't work there. Plain and simple. Management must be non existent in this establishment for employees to be talking to customers disrespectfully the way they do.

  March 23, 2026 I ordered chicken sandwich combo, PAID over $11 and this is the sandwich I got. (See pic) It's flat. Look how small compared to my fingers. I treat myself to a take out lunch and this is what I get?

  Just did on online order for 40.00 worth of food at the Aztec NM sonic. We placed our online order at 4:31 and finally received our order at 4:55. We ordered an All American Bacon smash burger and there was no bacon on the burger. Service was so slow however, the server/carhop was very friendly. Please avoid this Sonic at all cost.
