  We just went in a little while ago and ordered food for myself and my granddaughters. Food was cold and hamburger patty was old abd reheated. Upon speaking to the manager who brought our food out 3 minutes after ordering... she had horrible customer service skills. Asked for the food to be remade and she said she would have to call a higher up. So she remade my granddaughters food and not mine and it was wrong as well. We will never go back there again. I took pictures of the horrible food and will be sending them to corporate.

  This place is horrible, Do not come here. This manager Lacey is horrible I have had many encounters with her over the speaker box in the stalls and drive thru and is just continuously rude, this carhop that’s blonde really just doesn’t care about her job or do it correctly I think her name is Rachel. Just everyone needs to step it up. The drinks I received were completely wrong and the food was cold. I spent $39.47 for nothing. Horrible service. Edit: THERE IS MOLDING ON MY SMASHER shouldn’t even deserve a one star

  Terrible service. Joseph kept rushing us on our order, and kept cutting us off when we were talking.
