  Went there for a few grocery items before I went out of town to keep the family stocked up while I was away. Their pricing structure was admonishing, they had 85/15 ground beef for 5.99 a pound but they were out and the 80/20 was 10.49 a pound Then I decided, hmmm, this is basically steak prices at nearly 11 a pound. So I looked at frozen beef patties, which was even more confusing than straight ground beef. None of the selection of frozen patties even matched the sign corresponding with them. Back in my days growing up my grandma would have made them honor the price for these things, now we all let a stupid monopoly walk all over us and cry about the bathroom people are using instead of rightfully being angry at these corporations that ream us in 10 different ways. Now we have chicken wings that cost more than the cost of a chicken breast, what kind of backwards world is this.

  I've never had one employee say, "Thank you" or "Have a Good Day" or anything that resembles good customer service whatsoever, and I've been shopping there for 3 years. And the other day, an employee literally was harassing me. I walked into the front doors and got a short cart like the one that you can only put a few things in. As I was walking down the aisles, a female associate came up and rudely said, "Where did you get that cart!" I said at the front of the store. Then she said, "Well those are the carts we use for pickup orders" and that I needed to return it to customer service when I was done. So, after I checked out my items, I took the cart to customer service. I thought I would get a "thank you" or something, but instead she continued to harass me and asked me where the items were that were in the cart. I said that the cart was empty when I got it, but she continued to accuse me. I continued to state what happened and finally she let up and walked away. I don't know who she was but she should be fired. I've never been treated in that manner in a store in my life and I'm 53 yrs old. That store has a lot to learn about customer service & common decency. Shame on you.

  If I knew I was gonna be the only one stared down at while at self check out while others clearly needed help and gesturing for help but too busy staring me down thinking I was going to steal, I would have gone all the way to Farmington to shop. Not the first time this has happened in this store unfortunately.

  I'm kind of tired of always waiting on someone to work at the customer service check out just to get a money order. I'm told that there should always be someone at the desk to help, but every time I go in the lane is closed or there's all these people around but none of them can help me and they don't know where the person is that can help me specifically with money order stuff and if they do the person takes forever to get to the register after I'm already waiting 20-30 minutes.
