  Ordered 2 half cut tea’s. Waited 30 minutes to get them. But drive thru was getting orders within minutes. Lobby was full of people waiting for orders and people waiting to order and not being served.

  Ever since all McDonald chains have went to this self order styler restaurant the wait times have gone up and customer service down. I have tried to wait to write this review. After four times of the same service I decided it is time. Wendy’s is my new fast food stop.

  This place takes forever to make food, but you've got to love the employees that one guy I think his name is preston is awesome and one of my favorite servers there

  Idk why this restaurant takes at the minimum 15 mins to go through. The workers are rude and and literally sit on their phones in front of you. How has our customer service EVERYWHERE gone so down hill after COVID!?
