  I ordered food from here, got home ate a little bit and noticed it was cold, so I asked my mom if hers was cold too, then went back to see if they would replace the order, the manager then told me it was “policy” the could only replace the order partially because the one order was partially eaten and the other was “nearly” gone because it was eaten out of, so then asked if I could receive a full refund, which again, got told I could only receive partial because the order was partially gone, I’ve worked fast food before and if someone asked me if they could have their entire order replaced after eating some and noting it was all cold I would’ve done so in a heart beat absolutely no questions asked, I don’t usually have issues with this location but this experience was far past ridiculous. The policy needs to change because if that’s the case that people cant receive a full refund or at least get their order made fresh based on how much was partially ate is beyond me,
