  Disgusting “chicken wings” they sell . They look dried out and old . No actual chicken on it just dry what taste like day old chicken , and the sweet “ tea” taste old as well . Whole order un-edible . Waste of 40$ 👎

  Mister James was really helpful and nice . Greeting us when we come in even when he is busy . Definitely come here if you want great food and service from Mister James !

  I came in to pick up a DoorDash order, and Luis helped me place an order for some veggie sticks; his customer service was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, when I was dealing with J to pick up my DoorDash order, he was very disrespectful. He told me that they didn't have any sweet tea for my customers, so I had to contact her to see what she wanted as a substitute. I tried contacting her several times, but I couldn't get a hold of her by call or text. So I waited several minutes just to get the final drinks. Finally, she answered and said she wanted to substitute with a Coca-Cola. I was able to notify him what drink she wanted. Upon confirming my order and preparing to depart with it, J told me that I needed to show him my phone and my GPS on my phone. He started raising his voice and being very disrespectful towards me. I did not feel comfortable, so I told him that I was going to be canceling the order. I told him that I did not need to be forced to show him my GPS, that I pay for my phone bill, and my little $2 delivery order does not deserve to be treated with disrespect like that. I get paid $2 to deliver orders from Wingstop, and I don't deserve to be treated with disrespect like that. So I told him I would cancel the order, and upon canceling the order, he started to pick up the order, take it to the back, and started telling other associates in the store not to hand me the order. He came and started showing me the sign that said I needed to confirm the order before I left the store, which is just fine. I had already confirmed the order; I just told him I was canceling it because I didn't like how I was treated. He then proceeded to tell me to "buck up," and he started getting very aggressive and disrespectful. I will never be picking up orders from Wingstop again, nor will I ever order from this establishment again. Which is honestly unfortunate, because I can't tell you how many times I have come to this establishment before. As a customer to order veggie sticks, energy drinks, and also as a DoorDasher. And I have never been treated so disrespectfully ever before. This visit, actually, the service from the staff prior to this incident was absolutely excellent. That was my first encounter with Jay. I do remember several of the employees, though, and I can say I commend all of their interactions with me. Before, they were very appropriate, and I was very grateful to this point, but thank you and good riddance.
