Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- BGB. GonzalezSep 27, 20261.0This location is terrible!! Every time I’ve gone, they either take forever to prepare your order or the customer service is extremely poor. I’ve even had issues ordering through DoorDash. One time, they claimed that three different Dashers had picked up my order, when in reality, they all left because the wait time was ridiculously long. The last time I went through the drive-thru, I waited about 15 minutes for someone to help me and got absolutely no response. Keep in mind, there were no other cars, so they weren’t even busy. I finally drove up to the window and saw the employees just standing around, talking. They clearly saw me and still completely ignored me. Absolutely unbelievable. This location seriously needs better management and customer service.

A bigger car pulled up next to us. they got their order before us and left. 20 minutes in we went inside because they were not busy. They said we were not in the spot because when they “checked” they didnt see our smaller car. They did not check I have dash cam footage to prove. They also wanted us to pay for ranch. Maybe they should pay for our gas!! Terrible customer service.
