Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger.     It’s still the worst whataburger in abq. Haven’t been here in almost a year. Yup still sucks. If you lane is closed out a sign out there and do not be rude when you mess up my order and I correct you. Clearly the order is right on the recipes. How do I get a burger when I order chicken. And how are you guys always out of fountain drinks???

    Went to order a number 11 they said it was gonna be a seven minute wait and they were out of onion rings when we finally went up to the window to get our drinks. He passed us our drinks and told us to wait at the yellow line so we could wait seven minutes for our order and he didn’t give us straws not the vibes do better please.

    Just keep driving to the Osuna location. I placed my order in the drive through, they confirm drink size and warned me of a food delay. At the window the drink wasn't on the ticket..... We got that corrected then was given the wrong meal. Flagged down the window worker told them the error. Then they claimed the item i ordered wasn't on the menu despite it having a number. Just go to the other locations. It is always something with this location.

    Every time I go to this location they lack customer service and basic listening skills. They continuously refuse to follow a basic order completely ignoring how I want my order. Do better. I spend a lot of money here for my order to be wrong EVERY time.

    This place hits you with a double dose of regret. First, for blowing your diet on Whataburger, and second, for spending twenty minutes trapped in a drive-thru line wondering what life choices brought you to this exact moment. The food is always just "alright," but I constantly forget that pulling in here guarantees a massive wait. To top it off, I forgot my coffee.
