Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
This store is slow as hell. I spent almost 20 mns just for my lunch order. I ordered shakes and by the time I got them

I ordered thru Uber and when the order arrived instead of a double meat burger I got a single burger. This is so expensive.. This isn’t the first time it happened either. The last time they forget to send my malt or shake. I won’t be ordering from whataburger again. The Uber driver arrived early and was professional.

I had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant is supposed to be open 24 hours, but they didn't have the breakfast sandwiches ready. I waited about 10 minutes before being told they still weren't available, so I ended up getting a refund. What made the experience even worse was that the manager didn't apologize or show any concern. There was no offer to make things right, not even a small gesture like a free drink or anything for the inconvenience. The lack of customer service was frustrating, and I expected much better.

All the locations of whataburger need to figure out why there is such a long wait to get food when there is only one car ahead of you. If there is 10 cars ahead of you, I expect it to take a bit but it seems like it doesnt matter if there is one or 40 cars ahead of you. This happens all the time between 11pm and 4am. Besides that, its a great place to eat.

Me and my boyfriends come here all the time, the drive thru is always long but sometimes quick but today we decided to go in because the line was pretty long and we just didn’t want to deal with that lol. We ordered on the kiosks and waited for our food and in our time waiting me and my boyfriend watched so many people go up to the register with issues with missing items, wrong orders, all the things. There was a worker who was off the clock I think her name is charity? Or Chasity? She has braces and home girl was holding it DOWN!!! Shout out to her for working for her other coworkers who didn’t seem to know and or understand what’s going on. My burger was made wrong, and Chasity got that fixed QUICK. I watched her fix 3 order while she was off clock. And there were two guys at the register, and she was standing off to the side and she was doing more than them.
The soda machine had bad carbonation for expensive drinks, there was no sweet tea out so I asked one of the guys up front if I could get some and it was legitimately the worst sweet tea I’ve ever had- not even in like a nagging way like it was so bad that’s such a waste.
Shout out to Chasity or whatever her name is, she’s a GOAT and should definitely get more attention for her customer service and work ethic
