    Mi observación acerca de este lugar fue, que los empleados no traen cubierta la cabeza, eso es super antihiginico, la chica que preparo mi comida tiene el pelo super largo se agacho y toco mi comida con el pelo, no se cambian los guantes entre una preparación y otra, en fin ese lugar es bueno con la idea de productos que ofrece pero sucio, no cumple con los estándares básicos de limpieza y calidad de preparación

    I don't leave negative reviews, this is the first and well deserved. After putting in a customized order through their website, I went to pick it up. The staff helped me locate where the delivery was (very kind), but as I checked the bag, I noticed the side for my portion of the order was missing. I waited a couple of minutes at the counter and was told they didn't have it in stock. I was stared back at blankly, to which I had to ask if I could get a replacement to make up for the side. She kindly obliged, handed me my banana, informed me that they were also out of tomato salsa which is why it was also not included (subbed with ranch) and sent me on my way. Upon getting home, my fiance informed me that her kale side was missing as well. I handed her her pesto wrap which was *destroyed* with pesto to the point of the wrapper being soaked and part of the bag. Upon opening my custom bowl order there were missing extra ingredients that were paid for such as the pickled onions and the *included* smashed avocado. (Baja chicken bowl) I am also not entirely convinced that my sub splenda on my smoothie was made. (That's on me I guess if I can't taste the difference) It's okay to mess up an order (a close to $40 order), but knowingly doing this and not informing me when given a chance is unacceptable. I'm in my mid 20s; ranting about a botched order is truly some crotchety behavior, but this has happened on multiple occasions at this location. Pushing young people to do some curmudgeon behavior is truly despicable.

    Location states to open at 7am. We waiting outside passed 7:10 and could see workers looking over at us laughing. Terrable service we never got to order total of 2 other customer was also waiting for the door to be unlocked and never was. Customer service is important to places and to have customers return but after this we will no longer be back. The staff cmear hates doing their work and sits on their phones.

    Is it standard procedure to deny walk in customers? I was told by the employee that they were only making smoothies because they are busy with online orders and it was only them until 12pm. I was the only person in the store. Drove over 25min to be turned away. Unprofessional customer service. Won't recommend this place 👎
