  I've been visiting Tropical Smoothie for a while now, and I have to say, AJ really makes the experience special. She goes above and beyond to connect with customers, which makes getting a smoothie feel more personal. It’s not just about the delicious drinks; it’s nice to have someone who genuinely cares about the service On the other hand, there's this male manager who always seems like he's ready to like fire a Nerf gun at someone. It definitely adds a bit of a funny twist to the atmosphere! Overall, I appreciate the friendly vibe and the effort that AJ puts into making my visits enjoyable. I’ll keep coming back for both the smoothies and the connections!

  I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie! The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. AJ was especially friendly, professional, and she made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was super chill and mellow, which made it a great place to relax and enjoy our drinks. The smoothies were absolutely delicious and made perfectly. You can really tell the staff cares about providing a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by!

  This place is very chill, and the smoothies are amazing on a hot day! And the chicken wrap is awesome too! Also shout out to AJ for great excellent service and being very nice and helping me decide what I wanted! I would definitely go back for sure!!

  I placed an online order with the Holly location on Monday May 4th and when I got home and opened up my bag I noticed the three bowls that I ordered were only filled to about a 1/4 of the bowl. I am not sure if they were short on supply or maybe the young lady making the orders was not paying attention to what she was doing or maybe she was giving out too much free ones to her friends or maybe because she was distracted by all the high schoolers in there but it’s a shame to pay almost $12 for each of them and to only get a like three spoonfuls. This will be the last time I order from this location! Next time do better for paying customers!

  I used to love going to this place but now I don’t want to go anymore. I order two cheese quesadillas. The kid only put one in and the order that came out was cold. Like the cheese didn’t melt and the chicken was still frozen in side. Then I reorder the second one and that one came out the same way. I told the two kids about my order and I asked if they could just heat it up in a microwave or something then just said no. Then walked away from me .
