  I’m honestly speechless, I went to get Taco Bell after school and I was waiting there for about 10 minutes. An employee was there and just didn’t help me get my order. And then I notice an aggressive older lady barges in and is looking for the manager. I just didn’t want to wait for so long. And my friend was also there and recorded the aggressive older lady arguing and cussing out the manager in the back of cooking area. I just wanted to get food real quick and nothing else. I loved Taco Bell until this situation occurred.

  Very Unprofessional and rude employees and shift manager. Most of them in the back of kitchen are messing around and cussing out loud and I ask to speak with the manager, I tell him that was unprofessional behavior and give him a warning to tell the employees to turn things around and in an awkward way tells me ok and just as I’m turning around he tells me in a whiny voice “Freedom of speech”. So it’s suddenly the store’s policy under the Taco Bell company’s business model to allow and behave in such inappropriate manner with customers dining in?? Not to mention each time I’ve gone inside before several times in the past they have literally five of the same annoying songs on loop playing in the lobby (which I kept count by the way). I am aware of the 1st Amendment rights given to U.S. Citizens under the Constitution about Freedom of Speech, but usually in a mass chain establishment of a company there’s supposed to be a friendly, professional and clean environment for a family friendly company that is treated and served very well to paying customers and doesn’t have to listen to loud and vile behavior with poor management allowing such unprofessional behavior to transpire. I did call the corporate number and was assured that they would address the problem this week which I’m hopeful for. Just like any other big fast food businesses and chains, I know they can do better. This all happened yesterday on Sunday afternoon 5/3/2026 at 4:10 PM by the way

  This place is the absolute worst. The lady that is there is very rude and has a bad attitude. Look lady if you dont like your job, no one is making you stay. Your attitude needs to be checked and STOP rolling your eyes when YOU get the order wrong!! I ordered and said it very clearly and she still got the entire order wrong even after repeating it back to me. She had a dont care attitude and practically threw my order at me thru the window. Have never hated a place so much and will never go here again. YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF HERE, ESPECIALLY A STORE MANAGER WITHOUT ATTITUDE.

  All of my order was wrong. When my wife called to tell the manager they said we were wrong. Probably shouldn’t have children managing your store. Don’t go to this tacobell. It’s garbage and the workers have no pride in what they do. It shows in the food. I’d personally fire everyone and restart if you want a thriving business.
