  I’m genuinely confused why this location even has a phone line if no one is going to answer it. On 5/1/26 around 7pm I tried calling to confirm the store was open after noticing it had been closed recently—no answer. My husband called as well, still nothing. I decided to drive over anyway, due to my mobile order defaulting to this location, only to find the store “appearing closed” (open light off & no one in the store), if you looked close enough you could see two employees inside. I walk in- there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in, which made the experience even more frustrating. Customer service and basic communication expectations really need to be addressed here. If customers can’t even confirm whether a location is open or if their order is ready, that’s a major issue. On a positive note, the Juan Tabo location consistently provides friendly, helpful service even when you show up to get a they didn’t have. I’ll gladly drive the extra few minutes to go there instead moving forward based off how they treat customers. I’ve had two bad experiences here & I promise I won’t have a third. Our service pays their wages & keeps the doors open. When customers do not matter, it’ll hurt your pockets.

  I got the protein pocket and it tasted like chemicals. Idk what could’ve caused such a bad taste. I will not be returning to this location.

  Definitely avoid this place, terrible service. Ordered online and they hadn’t even started making it when I arrived 20 minutes later. If you’re going to pay $13 for a sandwich, you’ve got much better options elsewhere.
