- MPMonica PennMay 3, 20265.0I always am hesitant to actually say "no onions, or no tomato" on my orders just out of fear of judgement. [ IK that this issue is a personal one, but it happens daily lol] Tonight I got a BLT without the Tomato. I felt scared, but they were very nice about it. The worker told me that I am okay to order however I wanted my sub AND they even made me feel comfortable in doing so (which I don't really get that affirmation from places). I walked out satisfied and excited about having more confidence in ordering my food and just being able to eat after a positive interaction with the BEST SUBWAY IN TOWN !!! Thank you and keep up the amazing work !!!

My son orders the same thing every time for years (7) and this is the first time this has happened. I choose to pay for it at 13.00 due to being in a hurry. My question now is, did Subway corporate make a change and the employees not explain this to us, or did this locations owners make a change which was not explained to us. I will say the employees stuck to the policy I guess and did not try and lower the cost. So they did their job. Just sucks we may have to find a new location.
