  How in the hell do you own a sonic in one of the busiest parts of town where softball was still had people doing stuff in the parking lot right there and you close at 8 PM this is pathetic and stupid. Just close the damn thing already if you don’t wanna be open until at least 10 PM.

  So, i never wanted to write this. The manager is very nice and always apologetic to my wrong order. But the thing is. The order is ALWAYS wrong. I've adjusted the way i order and what I order so that i can get food that i actually want. But whenever I've limited my order they add something's i never wanted. I order online with specification and those are completely ignored. The workers inability to actually read the order they're working on and put it together correctly is far a lack of literacy and laziness. It's the lack of training these workers are getting mixed with the managers not holding accountable. Or themselves for that matter. They are the trainers and managers. They are failing. She is kind and apologetic yes. You must be losing so much money with the amount of food they're having to replace. Today i got my replacement meal for an incorrect order. I got home and this meal was also made incorrectly.... At some point something has to give.

  I can personally say Mr Matt makes the best breakfast burritos on this side of New Mexico honestly the only thing i will ever get because its just that good :)

  First time trying sonic and I can’t say it was a wonderful experience. Drinks weren’t labeled so I didn’t know which one was Coke or Coke zero Fries were pretty greasy and my burger my senses was just heated up. I don’t enjoy giving OK reviews as I appreciate how hard everyone works today. But perhaps organization could be better

  I asked for extra flavoring on a drink and even paid for it and it didn't taste like there was any extra flavoring at all!
