  because I got a drink from this place I threw up multiple times over the course of two hours and missed my sister’s college graduation. Don’t go here they will mess you up.

  This sonic has been here for forever and has continuously gone down hill. We waited for almost 30 minutes for just drinks and mozzarella sticks, that they later told us they no longer have. After we had already paid for them! They then proceeded to take another 15 minutes to replace them. This location is ridiculous. And thats saying this as an ex employee of sonic drive thru.

  How does it take 38 minutes for 2 drinks? And how do you still get the order wrong?? Make it make sense.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Made the mistake of stopping by without reading the reviews. I was hoping for a quick stop for a drink, but instead, I need to update my drivers license to reflect this address as my new home because I fear I may never get out of this drive through line (it’s been 15 minutes since I placed my order). Service is insanely slow, and ordering takes forever (I waited for 5 minutes at a kiosk before going to wait 5 minutes to place my order in my drive through line). Once I finally made it to the pick up window, I was not greeted or even given any sort of indication of how much longer the wait would be. After five minutes, the staff member opened the window and asked me for my order again! No greeting, no apologies, no words exchanged at all besides “what was your order again?” I have a lot of patience for short staffed places but this was just insulting.

  Customer service was awful. I didn't even get my drink to my babys kids meal that comes with it smh. They gave me attitude all because I had to split 2 cards and they had to ring the orders up separately to use 2 cards since they cannot do that in one transaction. They kept giving dirty looks as i was in my car waiting. There was a line holding up after there was only 2 cars behind me with hiw long thwy were taking but this wasn't my fault this shouldve been easy to do without the attitude and dirty looks reguardless of how stressful it is and I still ended up missing my lil ones drink. Im very upset. Its not that hard. One kids meal that should come with a drink and one sundae. Rude employees. Other sonic locations are better than this one and definitely more patient and sweet. Smh I am disappointed in this Sonic.
