Last, I'm a very simple person. I go here for either mozzarella sticks or a simple smasher. Either way, the food is always hot and the people are always nice. Ten out of ten will continue eating here lmao 😚🤌
Tonight when I went through the drive-through, I experienced something that I did not think would ever happen…I was just Ordering my order when whoever was taking the orders, started to yell at me over the speakerphone and then once I continue to pull forward, he started flipping me off multiple times while cussing very loudly over the glass, screaming and using hand motions in a very angry manner. when I wasn’t doing ANYTHING wrong .. none of his coworkers said anything while he was cursing and flipping me off. I did not engage. I just left “yes I did flip I’m off through the window” but I didn’t engage. But I did not expect someone to get so mad over taking my order at a drive-through…and I was so nice, but for him to be so rude and cruel when I didn’t even do anything to make him so made the way he was... I feel this was very unacceptable and I hope you #SonicHR people see this and realize what kind of people you have working for your company.

While we can all agree Sonic’s food is consistently good, the service absolutely is not. The last three times I’ve ordered here, I’ve waited over 30 minutes for my food every single time, and every single order has been wrong. Then, after complaining, I’ve had to wait another 15 minutes just to get what I originally paid for.
What’s worse is the attitude. The staff has never once been friendly, apologetic, or even remotely caring about the experience they’re providing. This last time, they literally hung up on me mid-conversation.
I’ve worked in food service my entire life, so I understand stress, rushes, and difficult shifts. This does not feel like overwhelmed workers doing their best. At this point, it feels like a conscious decision to neglect the job and the customers entirely.

Tomas was very professional, patient,and amazing he made sure I was satisfied with my order witch I was it was fresh I was disappointed the ice cream machine was down but he did offer a drink that was even twice as amazing then the one I was going to order anyway he's a hard worker and you can tell he's really good at the job and is polite and professional with every costumer keep It up ur amazing u deserve a raise
Service sucked.. 730 am going on 15 minutes and counting just to get a footlong & tater tots... it doesn't take this long on a busy day + 2 cars behind looking frustrated.. Ai-yai-yai
