  Came to order drinks for my kids because we haven’t had sonic is a long time. So we decided to get some. I put in my order and waiting for over more than 30 mins in the drive up. I pressed the button again and the lady rudely said to go some place else or go home and get something to drink there and it’s not her problem. I had to go through to drive through in order to get our drinks.

  Just close this location already! All the reviews clarify the reasonings. Before I decided to post mine I decided to read others and they are not exaggerating at all. My complaint is I ordered a blast and all they did was fill the cup with vanilla ice cream and add the Oreo to the top that’s it not blended into the ice cream like WTH I mixed it a little bit myself but definitely not what I ordered or asked for and also the speaker you can barley hear the person talking at all it’s like they are whispering. Employee seemed to be under the influence of something.

  Horrible. Everytime I come here there is a line wrapped around the building and the employees are mad you came. Sonic should just do close this location down. Employees horrible food is always messed up and the employees tell you to go through drive thru instead of bays.

  I can't believe this but i waited over an hour for 2 shakes and then they tell me rudely that i have to go thru drive thru after i already waited 45 minutes at the car hop. They give me my shakes and tell me "i refunded your order and itll take a few days" i never got my refund and on top of it they poked a hole in my shake and put a sticker over it so i threw away my shakes after they leaked all over the place. Definitely intentional and I'm going to talk to a manager soon because its unbelievable.

  Sep 12th at 15 till 10pm drove up to stall 15. The kid on the speaker took my order once. He didnt repeat it to me or say what I owed. It never came up on the screen. The button stayed red. He came back on again.. and took my order a second time. He than said what I owed. Still order never came on my screen I waited 15 min for nothing. Pressed the button again still no response. So I went through the drive through. He begins to take my order than asks me to waite for a moment. Gets back on n for a fourth time im giving my order. He than tells me hes taken my order already. I tell him what happened and he says let me find your order drive through to the window. I get to the window a child with purple hair and no people skills does not have my order. I tell her what happened and she jumps to "so are you paying with cash or card" and I say card. She than says our card machine is down. At this point 35 fricken min later repeating my order 4 times and she tells me this. No im sorry no nothing. The lack in customer service is so unreal its disgusting!!!! No accountability what so ever. No communication. This establishment is runned my infants. Who's managing this place?! Are your people not being trained!?!
