  We had to wait a little longer than expected for our order but the cashier who took our order made it right by coming outside, apologizing for the wait and also gave me a coupon to get an item free next time we visit

  Been to this location several times in the hopes that they will have this things together sadly they never seem to have working machines and always provide sub optimal service.

  As far as fast food places go I give this Sonic a thumbs up. I've never had a complaint about the food and they're always so friendly and kind sometimes I don't just get a smile I get a laugh a chuckle. Very friendly very kind very helpful and the food is pretty good

  Made an online order at 9pm after having waited 20 min in line and not move a single car only to have manager come out and tell me i had to go in line and wait for my order that way. After telling him i was not going to wait in line after making my order online did he say he would make an exception. I get the safety of the crew but online order should be turned off in that case so you dont show up and have to wait for ever in line when your order is ready for pick up. I get sometimes that they get busy and could have a wait but for 20 min and not move a single car is rediculous, specially when they say they had a lot of drinks to be made and not even food which would take longer
