  When they drinks came out they were spilling everywhere. I ordered a Berry sparkling refresher . I order it all the time at the San Mateo location. It was just water with a hint of fruit. I got out of the car and knocked the door. When I showed the employee she said yeah that doesn't even look right. I said if its easier they can just give me a cherry coke, which she did. Then my husband's cherry limeade was just bitter, like the limeade was bad or something. The kids like their slushes but i would just skip this location and go to next.

  Burger wasn't on point. burger was cold seemed rushed bread had a harsh feeling on one side like it’s been out sitting and uhh the fries were not tasty and were cold. Medium soda was filled with ice almost to the top barley any soda in the cup when asked for a refill staff tried charging me full price for a refill.staff was talking fast and rushing me and seemed furious with no patients while I was trying to order.

  Well first of all I'm really disappointed that Sonic changed their fries. These new ones taste weird and they seem to soak up the grease. Yuck! Second of all my chicken bites didn't even look or taste anything like chicken. Definitely was one of my worst experiences at Sonic 🤮

  This place is horrible from opening management all the way to the end of the shift I tried to avoid this Sonic at all costs. I will drive further from my home. The employees are rude. They mess around instead of getting the orders out in the timely fashion when you ask a simple question after waiting 20 minutes for your order they will snap back at you and say well there’s other people ahead of you. I understand when you’re busy, but when you can see through the windows, that employees are messing around it’s a little irritating.
