  Ordered online 3 simple orders even added 20% tip and were missing multiple items and had a long wait time :/

  Food good. Service good. But many of the order screens do not function. We had to try three before finding a working screen, and that one failed to take our credit card. The staff works very hard to work around the decay and malfunction of a franchise that isn't kept up all too well. In addition, it can be difficult to exit since the working screen panels are on the same side as the drive thru line. Also, since people don't pull fully over to the left to allow for 2 lanes if traffic, customers who used the parking stalls are condemned to wait on the drive thru line before they can exit the establishment.
