  Went through the drive thru for drinks only, about 6:30 pm on Wednesday the 16th not only was the cashier/order taker rude she messed up 3 out of the 5 drinks and then tried to keep my change 0 out of 10 I do not recommend visiting this location at this time

  Guy with the painted nails should get canned lol got the most disgusting hamburger and my ice cream was over flowing like crazy

  So this evening we got dinner from sonic we don’t usually eat fast food but it’s was a long and hot day from after out there selling so we stop and got dinner at the sonic on San Mateo and let meet tell you are meals was a mess we had a soggy buns it was overwhelmed with mayo tomatoes lettuce a few pickles and lots and lots of onions ugh 😩 so it made the bun so soggy hamburger patty’s where cold tots and fries was cold and they taste old you could taste the oil off of them I had order 2 meal deals and i ordered a chicken sandwich the chicken was old and they didn’t get a receipt and don’t get me started on the drinks but when i went to the window to pay they where charging me $73 and i told no that’s not right it should of came out $50.47 when i went back to take my meal it was closed 🤷🏻‍♀️ Fyi in the picture i took out most of the garnish off

  Only 2 workers at night is disappointment corporate needs to give more hours or something to get more employees working waiting in line for almost an hour for just 3 combos is crazy feel bad for employees trying their best.

  Service is horrible here there’s a curly head I believe guy whom had a huge hickey on neck and was so rude when I got my order from her. So disrespectful rolled eyes and even interrupted me when all I asked was for some ranch.. smh do better and the lady I believe her name is Melanie whom was working window was horrible!!!! She slammed the window on my face and refused to remake my food after I found hair in it. She was so disrespectful and was outside smoking with teenagers. Shake my head will definitely be going to corporate about this I am so disappointed with now a days service . I tip way to good and am way to nice to be treated like I’m a burden. Don’t get a job if you aren’t happy with your job !
