  What a joke!!! These people are rude and will be so quick to correct you about an item on the menu instead of listening to your order. I wish i got the name of the disrespectful child that took my order but I ended up just moving out of line. Don't come here!!! Awful!!! The one on eubank is 10x better. They actually enjoy their jobs

  I ordered a toaster combo with a Sonic Sunrise. The kid said they couldn't open a bottle of orange juice for a single drink. I canceled my order and went down the street where they took the order just fine. The 1 is for the kid was for the kid not welcoming the customer and not knowing their products and the policy is itself. A bottle of orange juice they give you at breakfast is 11.5 oz. He could of just poured the whole bottle of orange juice and made the rest cherry limeade in the 20 oz cup they give you for a medium sized meal .It's not quite half and half but I'm pretty sure that's probably how they made it when it was on the menu. If that store's policy truly isn't to open certain toppings and what not for customizations, what's the point of going there?

  Basically waited in at the drive-through in spot number nine for about 15 minutes started honking my horn and they said we’re busy right now and if I could give no review for this location, I will give them a zero and I went to the one on Eubank and I 40 instead their service was great and fast so what is the want location excuse for being slow and not responding to a customers order?

  3star 6/19 Charged me extra 30¢ for a diet BlackBerry limeade. 😒🙄😮‍💨. Should be the same price as a diet cherry limeade... 4 star. Can't tell you how my drink was..it's taking a very long time. Also..there was confusion about the customize your sip options for real fruit. They couldn't answer my questions about it very well and said they didn't have any. Specifically wanted diet/sugar free mango ..and to add real mango fruit..but we may never know. Hard job but I think listening to customers and making them feel wanted, heard and welcome is key.
