  The man handling the drive-through had the best pleasant customer service. We got deserts and they're always consistent for what to expect from Sonic. Area is as clean as I could be. They can't control the neighborhood lifestyle.

  This place is trash!!!! We did a “Mobile Pick-Up!!! Order was for 1:10pm and didn’t get it till1:50! Waited for over 40 minutes!!!! Food was cold, drinks with no ice. Then was told they are overwhelmed, by the young employee. She then said “everyone is yelling at me” “and we only have (1) one “car-hooper” oh and no one wears name tags anymore?? Can’t complain about how rude someone is, because they don’t have names tags. They have my name because I ordered the food oh and payment method.. I did speak to the manger on duty. But she was no help. And reiterate that they are busy and with no help? I understand WE all get busy and try to speed things along to catch up, but that is when mistakes are made. I have read the other review for this location. Found that what I am saying is true. What am getting at is don’t give your hard earned money here. This will be the last time we visit this location.

  This Sonic location is very unorganized! This will be our last time at this location. 9400 Golf Course Rd NW. Ordering takes forever and then it's still not ready when you get to the window. Our order was cold and the top half of the bun was so soggy on both sandwiches we tossed it. Very disappointing to get meal in this condition. They should be paying their patrons to come to them. Not the patron paying for meals like this.
