  One guy handling the cash and making the drinks. He dropped one of our lids then picked it up and put it on one of our drinks in front of me. Waited 20 minutes for that. Yuck!

  Absolutely despicable! I have tried putting off this review but this is the 30th or so time. I always order "extra" something, and they ALWAYS give me the bare minimum. I am charged extra but they never give the product. On my burritos I always ask for extra tomatoes, on my cheese tots I always ask for extra cheese. One time I even did ask for the cheese slice and the shredded cheese to make sure I got extra cheese but they only gave maybe one portion and not three. I know this is such a "Karen" post but when you were constantly losing money it gets frustrating. It is the only Sonic on my way to work. The picture attached is their extra tomatoes 😡

  I've lived in this neighborhood for five years , come to this sonic constantly even though the service is horrible but tonight topped it off . Cashier has the nerve to tell me that's the way shakes come out ? Just cause the person in front of me ordered the whole menu don't take my order if you know that's just sitting on a counter melting l
