  The drive-thru was horrible. I ordered three meals, and they ended up forgetting one. I went back in line to order, and the whole time I was saying my order again, the girl was laughing about it. Then, when I asked for them to repeat their orders, the girl at the window blamed my messed-up order on the new employees. Unprofessional.

  I'm tired of coming to the Sonic because every time I come through here my orders messed up or the employees are rude. I honestly think that I'm just going to drive to Montgomery whatever street it is as the other Sonic and go there from now on

  I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment before driving away. The lack of service is costing them money and it’s their own fault.

  Did a mobile order Rt 44 Cherry Limeade. Pulled into stall and reported the stall number, and waited. They were not busy but I waited 15 minutes and still nobody brought it out so went to the door and it sat on the counter and they said "Oh Sorry!" How stupid of a place to act and treat customers.
