  I ordered a large slush, and they made a mistake and tried to give (and charge) for a route 44 size. I let the lady know it was supposed to be large, so she closed the window and proceeded to loudly talk poorly about me to one of her coworkers.

  One of the slowest sonics we've ever been to. There's also alot of homeless beggers in this area.

  The drive-thru line takes forever and the food is quite expensive for the portions we get. I was disappointed by the taste, I could not even finish it. It had a very bitter and metallic after taste.

  After going here a few times now, it is time to share my consistent experience. I usually come at night. Max has been the “manager” and different team members, Carmen is one to remember. This night team appears to not want to work. I’ve been given conflicting times of when the walk up ordering stall closes such as 9pm and tonight it was 8pm. I was actually there before 8pm, but it appeared that my request to order was ignored so pressed it again. No lie, 8:01pm Carmen comes on and says the stall closes at 8pm…even tho I pleaded We were there before and waiting. She refused to take the order. Max was not helpful as well. He never is. The crazy thing is, they are perfectly capable to take the order, they just choose not to. It’s rude. It’s disrespectful when they are arguing with us about it. We literally walked there and don’t have a car and were refused service since it was 8:01pm when they decided to take our order.
