  New review time. Nothing has improved, with no one else in the drive thru I was told they would have an amount when I get to the window for my order because they can't tell me there apparently, I get to the window and im asked "what did I order"?..... unacceptable in 2026. If I have to tell you the order completely twice then you weren't listening or doing your jobs and just stood there well i was speaking to nobody like a idiot......does sonic think it's PAYING guests are idiots? Guess so because if you can't even give me an order total before I get to the window, how am I supposed to know what to pay. No, now I have to repeat the entire order, get the amount, get my money and count it. Again we are back to a massive waste of time and slow service because of the snowball effect of the employes not being at their stations. Words to the owner, this location is right off the freeway exit to a pretty busy part of town, not to mention the exit was just redone by the city to allow for way more traffic. This location is getting way more traffic then it can handle, so hire more people for this locations morning shift because everyone stops here on the way to work expecting something quick. Zero starts for bad training and not knowing how to handle basic orders.

  we had placed an online order yesterday to get the banana pudding BLAST, when we got there the “blast” was almost all liquid like a shake that’s been sitting out for a little bit. my husband asked the girl car hop if she could remake it and she snatched it out of his hands and slammed the door open just to come back and give us a horrible attitude and bring us NOT A BLAST. we’re not unreasonable people either, if there was something wrong with the machine just say that and we would’ve taken the loss and went about our day. we went through the drive thru and the manager was super friendly, explained the situation with the blast machine being down and we left with an explanation that we were expecting from the get go! thank you to the manager for being so kind and helpful but as far as the girl car hop goes that had to leave the establishment and take a breather because she was so mad we asked for it to be remade, i hope you had a better day and communication goes a long way.

  A bit of a let down especially when staff was so friendly. Just want thisnto make sense. I understand the wait as they explained sausage will take a minute but with all that time and literally no on else coming here they couldn't just wrap the burrito correctly? Skip this joint there's a blakes on Candelaria heading east. Its the main establishment... excellence every time.

  It took 25 mins for my order last night. Probably because all they employees were outside smoking. Literally all of them!!
