  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks we ordered in the app. We could see them through the drive thru window and the employees had no sense of urgency, just hanging out laughing. Won’t be back

  The worst sonic I have been to in Albuquerque ever! How in the world does it take an hour to make tater tots and a drink?!? And the manager is of no help whatsoever sheesh I would definitely avoid this sonic if possible unless you have 2 hours to wait for literally anything here

  Im no Sonic employee but I do know theyre not supposed to be cheating me out on my shake like this…so what employee thought it was okay to halfass my shake? There was literally no rush and one other car in the parking lot, the minute she gave the shake to me she slammed the window and I waited to ask for a spoon but the front was left completely empty and everyone in the back, I think employees need some better training cause this SUCKED, the shake was given to me like this…completely shocked

  Need managers to talk to employees ASAP, I have come here 4 separate times this month and they messed up the order EACH TIME, we waited over 40 minutes every time weve been here and ended up having to go through the drive through to get it and they keep messing up the shake order All i wanted was the oreo cheesecake and some days I get it some I dont! They either mess up and add something else so today I tried to tell her this is someone elses order and she just shut the window before I could tell her it was the wrong food and drink, shes a short, long black haired employee and she keeps messing up the food and wont open the window when I try to tell her, so now I have someone elses food and this isnt a one time thing, it just happens way to often here! I know its frustrating when you get off work buy food and every time its a mess up and takes too long
