  This is the only sonic I will order from. My experience is always consistent and hassle free. I order a cranberry limeade through the app and it’s perfect every time! The employees are kind even if the interaction is brief. Awesome crew here! :P

  Great place. One particular employee stood out, I think he was a cook. But we were having dinner outside and he was taking a break. Happened to hear us taking about how terrible one of your new drinks was and offered to get us a different kind. His customer service skills are amazing even my kids were happy which they never are. Give this guy a raise he's awesome

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks we ordered in the app. We could see them through the drive thru window and the employees had no sense of urgency, just hanging out laughing. Won’t be back
