  Placed a mobile order, the icecream came all melted….. literal water….. I got 2 others and they all came melted….. I also ordered and payed for sauces through the app and I got (NONE) of them… It’s not even a hot sunny day, it’s a gloomy rainy day. 0/10. Always something with this sonic… it’s like they purposely mess up your order if you don’t tip. 🤦‍♂️

  They took over 20 minutes to deliver a kids meal. I ordered it on the app. Ridiculous!!!

  Waited for +15 minutes for an order. Never got it, had to return to work. Glad I didn't pay yet cuz man, this was a waste of time.

  Stood there laughing talking and playing while I waited for the drink that never got made. Even after I blew the horn they still standing there laughing and talking. Your manager then got an attitude when I asked for my money back. Will be calling corporate in the morning No one has to spend their money at these places. Hire better people! Do better! Need better service!
