  Let's first start with the girl didn't know the button for ordering , which is fine she learning. When they bring out the food n she questions. Whether I paid when I did , so does want to gove me the food, i got wait for her to confirm, she should have already did that. But then i get the food and it gross. I asked for the tortilla to be warmed up , it was not. Ordered bacon on my burger , there was no bacon. They did bring bacon out after. The groove fries where over cooked so completely hard to chew. I should have picked wendy was not happy with anything. Stop messing around and pay attention to the job at hand please!

  Always a bad experience at this Sonic either order is messed up, wait time is horrible or turned away although they advertise “open late night”. We visited tonight Sep 27 at around 7:30-7:40 and we waiting in line for over 30 min even though there was only two cars ahead and the girl at the window was what appeared as messing around inside and when we finally got our order we asked for ranch and they did not have any. We went home and were about to eat and realized they have us the wrong items.

  You can definitely tell the difference in the new management lately. I went there specifically after seeing the new management sign and they haven’t disappointed!!

  Dudes are smoking weed in front of the drive thru and can’t remember my order when I’m the only person in line what is going on this has got to be illegal

  please just tear down the store and start over again with completely new employees & management. It’s really getting to a point the same terrible service for years now. I wonder if the employees expect the same service they give when they go somewhere. I can’t even blame the employees though, probably don’t get paid enough to care. Management this is really on you get it together train your employees correctly & hire the right people.
