  After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru (after paying), we tried to ask thru the window they left open what the holdup was. Apparently the two dudes inside chatting didn't like being interrupted then came to the window to say "I'm not serving you, go online for a refund" then closed and locked the window and saying " get out of here" as we looked confused and were looking from our vehicle for a phone # to call, one of them continued to yell something and gesture towards us.

  Was told they don't have mini size anymore even though its on the menu. Said that it breaks through the cup when mixing, they were also out of reeves blast

  Ordered 4.of the same.meal 7 dollar big meal deal order taker said I was going to fast with the order, fine repeated it back and forth with the drinks, dri e through order because they never answer the stall button call almost never, I drove away when they don't answer

  Worse service ever. Waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes for 2 median shakes. What made it worse was they made the peoples drinks that were behind us first and let out cups of ice cream just sit there. Never coming back again.

  I spent 40 minutes waiting in the stall #15 for 1 Medium Choco Cookie Dough Blast and 1 Small Choco Brownie Blast. I then came home and both of the blasts were not only super melted when I put them in bowls to eat, but then I called and Jason answered and didn't even offer to make it right. He said and I quote "Theres no way I just replaced the milk." I them told him, "Well idk what happened but it tastes sour" and then he said, "Well if you're going to make a complaint you can do it online." I had already done that, but I wasted $12.08 and wasn't even offered a refund. I would have just been happy with him making it right, after the almost hour I wasted there... From now on, I will just be making the extra few minute drive to the other sonic on Isleta. If I were you, I wouldn't even waste my time here.
