  Lately this location has lost its appeal for me. It's near my house and I stop at least two times a week in order to get food for my lunch break at work. The speed of service has vanished so now if I stop before work I end up being late for work after giving myself an hour to get what I need for shift that day. This week, not only was the service horribly slow I didn't even get the correct order. I ordered a small chili cheese tot and a value burger that I didn't eat until later. It was 100% wrong. I ordered the burger with mustard and cheese only, the value quarter pounder. I was charged for the wrong sandwich. I had bacon, ketchup, pickles, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes, all of which I didn't order. I have also discovered that complaining at the store level is pointless. I will be looking for a new Sonic location for the future.

  Absolutely the worst Sonic. Every single time we come here, we end up waiting sometimes up to 30 minutes, even just for drinks and a lot of the time our order is wrong. And oftentimes the food that we do get is not made properly, ie. burnt onion rings or soggy bread on a toaster sandwich. Last night around 7PM we came to give it another shot and after waiting at the drive-thru box for 10-15 minutes without anyone saying anything, not even "We'll be with you in a moment", we just ended up leaving. We do NOT recommend this Sonic until they either re-train the entire staff and get a new manager who actually cares and prevents stuff like this from happening, or they just get a whole new staff.
