  The chicken bites were hard as rocks and wasnt fresh.. my dog wouldnt even eat them. Corn dog was black I am not kidding. Tasted like old grease. No cherries or limes in our cherry limeade.. it really sucks working hard all day and hungry. Get home and end up throwing it away.. How hard is it to cut some limes? Stop being lazy and change your grease and stop serving old food thats been sitting there for hours... I work hard for my money so this was upsetting enough to write a review...

  Husband went to get himself food after long long day at work say there for an hour while the kids that act like employees but ain’t stood in the drive through messing around with each other two others also drove off after they refused to deliver meals. Management or someone who cares bout this brand new place needs to check cameras and check their employees

  Terrible service, completely ignored by staff! My husband, son, and I visited the Sonic drive-thru on 98th around 6:00 PM. The location was completely empty. When a teenage girl finally answered the intercom, she informed us they were only accepting cash. My husband said that was fine, and we proceeded to order a number 3 meal and chili cheese fries.When we pulled up to the window, no one ever bothered to come over to charge us or even hand us our drinks. We could see two teenagers just standing around talking, and the girl who took our order was simply walking back and forth.After waiting for 20 minutes with absolutely no service, my husband pulled forward slightly to look inside. The employees were just standing there laughing. We finally gave up and left without our food. This was an incredibly frustrating experience and a complete lack of professionalism. Management seriously needs to address the staff behavior at this location.

  Waited over half an hour for an online order and no came to tell us that the drive in stalls were closed for the night. This is the second time I have been here and waited 30 to 45 minutes for a simple order. Meanwhile employees were standing inside the building by the front door vaping which is disgusting while handling food. At least they could have told us that the stalls were closed as employees were still walking in and out of the building for shift change. This specific location deserves 0 stars.

  Ordered simple meal. Cheeseburger with tater tots, and chili dog. Got tots mixed with frozen what seemed like fries. Disgusting. Chili dog, dog was actually uncooked. Burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it. It spat all the crap out of my mouth. I’d be surprised to learn they didn’t spit in my food. This place should be closed down. Seriously. It should be closed down
