  This location is only a year old and it is by far the WORST sonic I have ever been to. Don’t bother trying to call to talk to a manager it’s just a robot asking for an access code. Don’t order food unless you want a burnt dry brick or a “burrito” that’s 80% tortilla… nothing “ultimate” about that. Corporate needs to shut this entire site down and fire whoever is in charge of it. If you love to literally burn your money for fun, than this is the location for you

  This location is absolute garbage, staff can’t comprehend simple orders. Always missing items, I asked for an Arnold Palmer and only got lukewarm tea. Why have all that staff working when they can’t even get orders right. Staff is also very rude

  Service is always extremely slow and poor, I’ve come probably over 20 times and only once have I ever felt that someone properly serviced us. Today I come to get two drinks, I waited 15 minutes and watched an employee smoke a e-cig through the door…

  Terrible customer service. The staff kept cutting me off at the speaker, refused to make a basic fountain custom drink I get all the time, and forgot my marinara sauce when I asked twice. To make it worse, employees were eating right by the drive-thru window and drink station. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

  My husband & I ordered dinner 6/29/26. To begin with I couldn't even understand the girl taking our order because she was talking so fast, we get to the window & what we received was unacceptable & disgusting! My husband ordered a large onion ring but the onion ring we received was not a large it was Krispy crumbs smashed onion and it was burnt. My fries were, I'm guessing, old and most of them too hard to even eat. We also ordered a large mozzarella stick which we didn't even receive.My husband took our order back so he can get what we ordered. My husband spoke to possibly the manager on duty, I could be wrong tho, and she said that she would throw away his burnt onion so-called rings and replace them with an actual fresh large order. So when they brought our order back out to the truck, we had our large mozzarella sticks but still no onion rings! So my husband went back and spoke to the woman again and she responds with "I don't understand what the issue is." I am just completely disappointed and disgusted with the service we received tonight.
