First trip the brisket was way ovwr smoked and not edible , tasted like you were chewing on charcoal bricks. Thought maybe they had an off day let's try again,ordered the moist brisket and it was super slimey and looked like it was still twitching. We used to eat here alot and with the price of meat this is definitely not acceptable. Rudys needs an overhaul because this location has gone downhill for sure.
