  I went inside to order after spending far too long trying to work the app. 🙄 needless to say I went in frustrated lol luckily a doll named Devin was working at the counter and not only showed me how to navigate stuff online but pointed me to the best deal for what I wanted! Anyway I left much happier than I went in and I feel like in a world of bad reviews I can leave a good one! Thanks again Devin!

  There’s an older white gentleman w glasses who makes inappropriate comments and is very immature. It’s very simple to just hand an order over the counter i understand he may not be from a generation that was taught that if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all. This gentleman openly started making fun of my name and when I corrected him and told him i didn’t appreciate the mockery his response was “well this is how i would say it” and continued to say it jokingly in like 3 other ways. I stopped him by asking if my order was ready he didn’t say he just went to the back and didn’t come back up. From the back you could hear him shouting out loud the names he was calling me saying “mickeys not going to get my best service anymore! mickeys not getting anymore of my best service!” I had to call another worker up to check my order and sure enough it was waiting in the warmer. There should an age where you have to retire because that was unprofessional. and distrusting if you ask me, this man is years beyond my age and acts like a child throwing a tantrum at his place of employment simply because I corrected the pronunciation of my name and asked him to stop the mockery? EDIT: it wasn’t that he mocked my name. it was the fact that I had to TELL him to stop twice and he continued to do it and then shout from the back while still continuing the mockery.

  Nikki is amazing she was very kind and patient as soon as I walked in the door she welcomed. Very organized quick and efficient this is my favorite PIZZA HUT!
