  Was not quite ready for a door dash order and the lobby is empty. And one person is doing the cooking while the other two are just sitting there and the one cooking is a female. As I’m writing this two customers walked in and have not been helped.

  I went in last night and spent 53 dollars and some change, for 2 stuffed crusts and some wings as the manager on duty said they were out of all crust accept the stuffed crust I went ahead and ordered 2 pizzas on with cheese and the other cheese pepperoni and bacon, when I go there he right away approached me with the pizza and opened the lid and told me he gave me a credit for the pizza because they messed up and were out of dough to make another, there was no cheese half Risen with maybe with no toppings my kids were not gonna eat the pizza so I asked if he can take that pizza off and return my money he said he couldn’t return it because he’d have to return the entire order I said that’s fine I’d rather have money back, mind you this person looked under the influence of something he was jittery and didn’t know what he was doing it took him 20 minutes to supposedly return my money to my account it didn’t go back into my account and I left with no pizza. I called at 11:50 am today and a lady answered very rudely and unprofessionaly she was shouting at me that there was nothing wrong with the pizza that they reviewed the footage and the order was correct but if they reviewed the footage she would have seen that the gentleman working showed me the pizza and told me to hey messed up and couldn’t make another one as they used the last of the crust, I was kindly explaining I left with no pizza the money still isn’t in my bank account she laughed and said to bad to call back in 40 minutes and speak to Ricardo the manager whom I specifically had asked to speak with and she hung up on me! Never again will I give this place business I’m very disappointed in their customer service and how horrible of an experience I had and wasted 53.79 for no pizza he kept it and the money not get refunded and very rude associates that should have properly assured me to make sure I get my money back that’s all I want. I will be contacting corporate and whom else I have to to get my refunded amount as that’s only right !
