Worst location I’ve been too by far! They sat us at our table and our waiter/waitress never came. I understand when places are short handed and busy there might be a little wait. 30 minutes with no greeting or communication from a waiter or staff is unacceptable. We will definitely not be eating Outback Steakhouse ever again. SHOULDA WENT TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE INSTEAD!!!

Great atmosphere! Great food! The only other thing better than the food was the service. Mariia, our server was incredibly attentive and very friendly. But, Joe Romero, the manager was fantastic! He answered all our questions about the menu and had a deep knowledge about the ingredients and cooking methods. That was incredibly helpful and everyone in our party loved their food. Keep up the great service. We will definitely be back.

The Cottonwood Outback is our go to family restaurant! Our server was amazing. Very attentive and kind! The manager was also nice. Food was excellent!

Door attendant sent us away saying they close in 30 minutes even though we showed up 45 minutes before close we knew it was close so we already knew what we were going to order and had a cash tip for the server (more than 20% for the record). I’ve never been and wanted to try a blooming onion but I guess the heart DOESNT get what the heart wants.

Honestly the best Outback experience we've had in a while. Good was excellent and cooked perfectly to how we wanted. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely be returning to this location again! Thank you to our server Alec for an amazing experience tonight!
