  I placed an order through the app, on 8/11/2026 around 4pm, and ordered a big mac, double quarter pounder, ice cream sundae, and chicken nugget happy meal. My food was cold, missing ingredients, and my ice cream sundae was almost liquid. Worst of all, I did not receive my happy meal. I went up to the cashier, and he told me that it was just the toy I got for free. I showed him the receipt, but he continued to lie to me. I knew he was lying, but didn't want to cause a scene, so I went back to my table. He was very rude and disrespectful. Absolutely abysmal behavior from customer service. This guy should be fired for thinking he can manipulate customers. Disgusting and manipulative behavior. I hope someone does something to change the way customer service interacts with guests. Train them on their social manners.

  I love me some fast food! However I am definitely a customer service girl! I love when someone is kind and just a pleasure to be around. I feel like most places lost that touch of hi how r you? Do you need any napkins or sauces? Just a simple straw would be great. But a smile and a hello and have a nice day go a long way. Your lucky if you get a hello when you pull up to the 1st window to pay.

  I went to get a fry from here.. asked for a fresh well done fry. They gave me fresh under cookedfry. So I went back thru and asked for fresh well done fry again and gave the other ones back. They didn't think i would realize they gave me the same type if frys that still were not well done or under cooked..smh.. at this point I just gave up cause apparently they don't know how to make fresh well done frys. Smh

  ​I am beyond disgusted with the service and quality at this location. I ordered two Filet-O-Fish meals, but they handed me the wrong order. When I went back to get it corrected, four employees literally stood in a circle staring at me, acting like their mistake was somehow my fault. ​Then the manager, stepped in. Instead of apologizing, she demanded the wrong food back in an incredibly unfriendly, hostile manner, treating me like I was trying to scam them for free food. ​After spending 25 minutes dealing with their incompetence and driving another 15 minutes home, my daughters bit into their sandwiches only to find the fish patties were hard as a rock. Serving old, stale food after making a customer drive back to fix a botched order is pure disrespect. completely unprofessional and they have no business managing this establishment. Avoid this place unless you want a side of attitude with garbage food.
