  First of all they ask me if I want sauce I say yes hit please. I get none. Then my taco has a foreign object in it. Smh

  They didn’t give my daughter her hash brown, and they completely messed up my whole order. I wanted sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg and add green chili, which is what it says. I ordered on the receipt and I opened my breakfast sandwich no green chili and it has an egg. Monday through Friday anytime I go here I get the correct items I ordered and the correct way I ordered it on the weekend. These people are the worst.

  Every time going to this location the manager which is a young man with a weird looking haircut always has an attitude and treats me terribly. I don’t understand why but he is always so rude. For instance today I ordered online and went to pick up the order and the girl in the window proceeded to say they didn’t have my order as I showed the receipt and code in the app said manager with the weird haircut walked up to the window and said I don’t have your order and proceeded to be rude. I showed the receipt on the app and he continued saying he didn’t have the order and asked what the order was so as I was explaining what it was he kept walking away just rude and still got the order wrong. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

  I placed an order through the app, on 8/11/2026 around 4pm, and ordered a big mac, double quarter pounder, ice cream sundae, and chicken nugget happy meal. My food was cold, missing ingredients, and my ice cream sundae was almost liquid. Worst of all, I did not receive my happy meal. I went up to the cashier, and he told me that it was just the toy I got for free. I showed him the receipt, but he continued to lie to me. I knew he was lying, but didn't want to cause a scene, so I went back to my table. He was very rude and disrespectful. Absolutely abysmal behavior from customer service. This guy should be fired for thinking he can manipulate customers. Disgusting and manipulative behavior. I hope someone does something to change the way customer service interacts with guests. Train them on their social manners.
