  I went to get a fry from here.. asked for a fresh well done fry. They gave me fresh under cookedfry. So I went back thru and asked for fresh well done fry again and gave the other ones back. They didn't think i would realize they gave me the same type if frys that still were not well done or under cooked..smh.. at this point I just gave up cause apparently they don't know how to make fresh well done frys. Smh

  On June 21 at about 5:30 PM, I ate at McDonald's. My Double Quarter Pounder was missing from my order. I went back to the counter and had to ask for my receipt. The manager acted as though I was asking for something unreasonable instead of simply requesting my own receipt. His attitude made it seem like he was doing me a favor. The staff then checked my table to verify my claim before giving me the missing burger. No one apologized before or after I received the missing burger. After that, I realized my ranch sauce was also missing. I had to go back to the counter again to ask for it. Again, no one apologized. When I finished eating, I asked if I could refill my drink. I was told there were no refills for the refresher. I accepted that and asked if I could have water instead. The employee said I would have to pay because the staff had already thrown my cup away. I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility for the multiple mistakes or trying to resolve the situation, he blamed the staff. A manager's job is to address customer concerns and take responsibility for service issues, not shift the blame. Based on how the manager treated me from the beginning, it is not surprising that the staff followed the same example.

  ​I am beyond disgusted with the service and quality at this location. I ordered two Filet-O-Fish meals, but they handed me the wrong order. When I went back to get it corrected, four employees literally stood in a circle staring at me, acting like their mistake was somehow my fault. ​Then the manager, stepped in. Instead of apologizing, she demanded the wrong food back in an incredibly unfriendly, hostile manner, treating me like I was trying to scam them for free food. ​After spending 25 minutes dealing with their incompetence and driving another 15 minutes home, my daughters bit into their sandwiches only to find the fish patties were hard as a rock. Serving old, stale food after making a customer drive back to fix a botched order is pure disrespect. completely unprofessional and they have no business managing this establishment. Avoid this place unless you want a side of attitude with garbage food.
