  Another McDonald's where everyone seems unhappy.

  I come here all the time because it is the closest mcdonalds to my home and each and every time without fail I have to come back because im missing something. If you want to order more than 3 items, be ready to have to come back because they missed something. For example I had an order with 2 cheeseburger meals, a big Mac, a 6six peice, and 2 hot and spices and I noticed I was missing the nuggets, came back got the nuggets went home. I checked the food as I got home again and one of my cheese burger meals was missing. Its everytime bruh.

  Would say the food was great but didn’t even receive it because yall wanted to tell me you didn’t received order but yet you were able to cancel it from your end? That makes no sense whatsoever. I order here all the time because it’s closest to my work and convenient but honestly going out my way for better quality service is probably what I’m going to start doing. You only have 2 managers that are absolutely amazing. The BOYS don’t care and would rather just receive their paychecks.

  Everytime I order through the drive through, I get a wrong order. One simple way to fix this is for McD's to require that ALL their wait staff MUST confirm the order listing all items in the order BEFORE handing it to the customer! I tried to contact the manager (at 6770 Rriverside Place NW Albuquerque, NM 87120). The counter person assured me the manager couldn't speak to me unless I spoke spanish, which I do not.
