  You shouldn't have to ask for your receipt when using a card. If you don't know enough ENGLISH to understand what a receipt is you have no business talking to customers

  I think its finally time to switch the employees out with AI automation. I was against it for a very long time but the way these employees treat their customers with an attitude that says im not going to get fired over my actions kinda tells you everything you need to know about what McDonald's thinks about their customers. These employees just throw your food at you with a monotone voice like they're a robot. Well if they want to act like a robot then you might as well replace them with an actual robot that will actually get my order right. I used to come to McDonald's for the food, but now that the employees risk my health by not even cooking the food correctly, I only get coffee, which they still manage to screw up. I suppose this is what you get when all you have to do is text them to get a job. I don't think McDonald's will ever recover from this mess they've created. I suppose I'll just start making my coffee at home. Good bye McDonald's.

  Couldn’t have any food, because they can’t work the register. Called the store and the line is disconnected… I wonder why!?? Too many complaints!

  5 stars for service, love the people here. 1star for the gargantuan speed bumps that keep destroying the bottom of my car :/
