  I don’t know who is training the people here, but it should not take 20 minutes of waiting to get two large sweet teas? Especially if staff is just standing around. This McDonald’s has the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen (coming from someone who has worked in fast food). I have had multiple instances where my orders have been wrong and those high schoolers look high out of their minds.

  I came here just for a doctor pepper and they gave me diet coke well two employees were singing, screaming and dancing. Plus the girl at the second window looked confused. Not a big deal just thought id share 😭

  We often use the McDonald's on Gibson right off of San Mateo we often use doordash to deliver doors is actually fabulous also. This McDonald's that they get your order wrong not only do they give you a manager's discount the next time you come in they do remake your order to satisfy you

  The staff were extremely rude. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, they forgot one so I went back to get my other one, I made sure to say no cheese because I am very allergic. I got the new sandwich with cheese still after saying no cheese and then they couldn’t fix it because it was past 11am. Absolutely awful service, I would never recommend this place again.

  I normally have a great experience here. Friendly staff and excellent service. Today had a negative experience. I assume it was a new staff member, but when I went to tell a different employee, they closed the drive-thru window on me. Employees were inside giggling like children. I tried to provide feedback on the receipt, but there was no where to give comment. Very strange to have so many positive experiences here, and then a very bad one tonight. I believe my crime tonight was asking what demon sauce is, and also asking to remove a charged item from my order that they are out of. EDIT: I threw out the receipt after completing the feedback from the code. Unless there is a way to access it through the rewards app.
