Just placed an online order at 545 this evening. I gave my code at the speaker and was told to pull up. The boy at the second window asked me to park in space number 2 and he would be right out with my order. At 6:20 and 15 cars coming and going, it was clear they forgot about me. I again drove through the drive thru and explained what happened. At the second window the same boy and a manager proceeded to tell me that I selected drive thru on the app and I didn’t get my food because I parked. I let them know that I did go through the drive thru and he was the one who TOLD me to park there and wait. Him and the manager responded with “oh” …no one even apologized. And to top it off I was missing 5 items!! Again no apology. They acted annoyed like it was my fault they can’t do their very simple jobs. If the kids you having working there are so high that they can’t remember what happens one minute to the next, and the managers could care less, then I suggest you get some new sober employees. Seriously, get it together!!

RUDE MANAGER!!!!!
Terrible service, My car died in the drive thru I went in to tell the workers and a female manager was so very rude to me and my sister (who was pregnant and already stressed) she demanded we move the car even after I explained the wheel was locked and stuck in park, we had already tried to move it on our own and had called a tow truck but apparently that wasn’t enough for her and gave a dramatic sigh before storming off like a child. Overall worse experience and will never return.

The worst McDonalds in the city. Came in to order a hot fudge sundae. The staff was ignoring all customers so I ordered on their self service checkout. After ordering the sundae, there was no receipt printed, and waited. After 10 minutes I ask them why there's no sundae. They said there's no ice cream...yeah eventually I got a cash refunded and told them it's not difficult to put up a sign and inform people. Totally incompetent, apathetic and dumb staff. Will never go inside this pathetic place ever again.

This McDonalds has made me feel completely discriminated against by two of your workers on two seperate occasions and I come to pick up DoorDashes and they have accused me of recording them or taking pictures when I am just on my phone cause I do DoorDash.

They messed up my order and told me it's not their fault, they didn't give me a receipt, when I gave them the receipt amount they found it and said well then bring the burgers back, Im on the road and very far, I'm not bringing them back.
