My absolute worst McDonalds experience! It's unfortunate when employees call in or miss work. Having worked in the fast food industry for several years, CUSTOMER SERVICE is still #1 and what is actually valued in this industry. Courtesy and communication will always win with customers. Speaking calmly and not agitating never works. Everyone (seniors, non tech etc) doesn't know how to use the kiosks, so telling the lobby that you HAVE TO doesn't work. Also, telling people that "we'll get to it" doesn't work. Calming explaining, we're 2 people short today folks and we're working as hard as we can, sometimes goes farther. I seen people waiting forever, getting wrong orders, told to go thru tue drive thru and on and on. Again, I've never witnessed this at any McDonalds.

Even the commercials say start your day with McDonald's and morning off right. I went to this location and the lady that took my order sounded so rude and ugly. Plus it seems like once you pay they don't care what you have to say they're done engaging with you know I was asking some questions and of course they just tell me, "Oh well I don't know". The young man at the window was very nice but that native American lady in the striped shirt, which is usually reserved for Management ends up yelling out the window for me to move as I'm asking a question to the guy at the window. I honestly don't feel any hospitality or customer service by her. Maybe she's tired of the type of works she's in and it shows.
