  What an absolute joke of a place! The employees have zero personality and no clue what customer service is!! To be told “I said hello but you didn’t saying anything” is the loudest scream you are in desperate need for attention!! And please don’t waste time speaking to a manager - that in itself is another waste of time! Management doesn’t care, they will robotically throw words at you just to shut you up!! When you drive out of your way to go to a further location for better customer service, this speaks volumes on what dumpster fire this location is!! However, I had a lovely conversation with corporate ✌️ and I guarantee the only response will be to fill out their stupid form, that’s the easy way out with zero accountability!!

  Went there at 12:30AM some guy said “hold up” not how can I take your order or anything there were 0 people in line.. I wait 5 minutes and guy says “I said hold up😠” I drove off never felt so disrespected in my life.. went to whataburger instead… I’m not a keren, I never write reviews but this one needs to be written.

  The food is good and usually right, however as a nightshift worker who comes between 1:30am-3 am it's really frusting because no one answers the speakers for over 10- 20 minutes and then there's a huge line. I always do mobile order so it's easy enough when they answer, but they take way too long to answer. Please hire more people or remind them how important it is to respond to the speakers in a timely manner.
