  I was ignored at the counter and waited over 15 mins to speak to someone and got put on hold again so I ended up leaving, fast food is supposed to be quick and good customer service, bad McDonald's location in my opinion,thank you.

  Security officer in a red truck that harasses you if you try to park and use the WiFi for more then 5 minutes, think he got mad cause I seen him and the manager ( guy in pink shirt with different vest from the rest) handing eachother whip cream which was odd. Would just go in and out here don’t stay for to long!

  Double check your bags they always forget to give you all your food! The fries are always cold I live 0.6miles from this location in no way can my food be this cold by time I get to my house. You tell them an item isn’t in the bag they don’t believe you . I keep giving chances after chances because it is closer to me but I’ll start taking the drive to the other location. Get it together people it’s not that hard to check the screen make sure you are putting all items in bag and napkins and sauces you guys are more worried about that stupid timer above the window for time scores then you are about quality of food and customer service

  Horrible drive thru service. Young kid has no respect . Tried to tell manager. Would even open window to see what I was complaining about.

  Every time I come here they always mess my order up and it so hard to communication with the people since I am deaf and harder when they mess up my order this is like 6th time it happen and they forget evertime I tell them im deaf even when I order online they dont get it right I will not come back unless they fix their attitude 💯
