- BRBernadette Ramirez3 days ago5.0This was 1st time at the Main Event and will be back. The food was very delicious and our server was impeccable. Lyric was awesome. Very attentive, Checked on us multiple times, noticed an issue with our food prior to bringing out two of the three plates. She was helpful with desert selection and noticed when we were looking at the adult beverage menu and made suggestions. She had a great vibe and we enjoyed her service. Lyric is an asset to the Main Event Team.

Horrible, spent so much money here, for a lame experience. They have a lot of activities and games, but a lot of them are broken. Horrible, I doubt I’ll be ever coming back.

Restrooms could use some work, being cleaned properly, make sure there is toilet paper, and fix the clogged urinals. Other wise it was awesome especially with their 12.99 special on Mondays after 4pm to close which is midnight.

After buying arcade passes, we swiped to play a game; no balls dispensed for the game. We went to tell front desk no balls dispensed and we would like our swipes back. Their “system was down” and they’re unable to provide a refund for their maintenance technicality. We decided to try bowling. The table was dirty, not ready to have new guests sit in. Margaritas took 25 minutes to arrive. Overall unsatisfactory experience and service.

They were on the ball with service and so pleasant to work with. Layla was our host and she was phenomenal! Not only did she have such a positive attitude but she was attentive and intentional, Kat was her manager and she was amazing as well! Never did we go without anything we needed. This doesn’t happen without good leadership so our service is a testament to the training and dedication to hiring the best people for the job! 10/10 will be coming back next year!!
