- JJJPM5 days ago1.0Haven’t been here in a year or two, I wanted to come shoot pool with my family, we walk in straight to a long line, in the mean time I went to use the bathroom. It was full of trash, urnal overflowed with piss all over the floor. I walked back out for the staff to tell me there’s an hour wait on the pool table, mind you there wasn’t a single soul on one of the tables. I’m a manager at a popular spot in Albuquerque and I can say confidently the managers here don’t care about customer experience. We probably will take our business elsewhere moving forward. Thanks main event!
- DYDanny Young5 days ago5.0An enjoyable time for my son with his friends birthday buddy 🥳. Clean restroom and food was good. Laser tag was awesome 😎
- SDSkyler DeHerreraOct 2, 20262.0Many games I wanted to play were broken and it was understaffed. The place Is clean however and the person working the desk was very nice. Overall had fun here just was slightly disappointed with the game quality and how long it took to actually get our game cards.
- KKKalinaSep 26, 20261.0We bought tickets for laser tag online for two adults and two kids trying to have a fun night with our boys. We were torn between going here or Hinkle. After going We would choose Hinkle. The service was terrible, most of the vests were broken. We also waited for a while to have the service members service people behind us prior to helping us, even though we were standing in line the entire time waiting our turn. We also proceeded to be told we could not choose teams because it was a free for all (not what we wanted or would have chosen). We felt rushed and that the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had never been here before and will never go again. What a waste for a 15 minute game for $67.00. Will not be returning. It was also loud (screaming) and left us feeling gross. One star.
