By day, enjoy an espresso or Lavender Latte at the bar, then explore our specialty shop filled with New Mexican beer, wine and spirits, artisanal market foods, home goods and Los Poblanos lavender apothecary products, including a refill station. By night, the space transforms into a vibrant cocktail lounge. Throughout the week, we invite guests to experience distillery tastings and tours.
