My chicken was burnt. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. My soda was flat. The fries were good.

Ordered a small order for pickup online and when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have the order. I showed proof of the order and the girl working there today wrote it down to "Rush it" but ended up taking forever taking orders from those behind me in line and never handed the paper off to the cook. When I asked her about it, she seemed disoriented and confused. When she finally took the order to the kitchen it had already been 25 mins since I'd placed the order and only took 5 mins to make, so I'd stood around waiting for no other reason than her own confusion. I couldn't even ask for a refund or cancel the order since the online system apparently didn't work.

Showed up and the worker was the only one there, treated us with such kindness and gave us our food fast and fresh! food was phenomenal, hot level was perfectly spicy and shoutout Kukri for always having the crunchiest and best fried chicken.

Apparently they felt this is worth $16?! This is absolutely the worst food I have had from here. I ordered the 2 PC tenders. Both are insanely small and extremely over cooked.. I have little faith in this business as this is the 2nd time I've been to this location and the food is absolutely not worth the price. Basically paid 15$ for fries and a dollar for chicken.. completely ridiculous 🤦‍♂️
