  Should be open at 6AM. Door still locked at 6:38. Watched four others come up to the locked door and leave.

  I can't recommend this Krispy Kreme. The food and coffee are good, but getting good service is a crap shoot. We've been to this Krispy Kreme a couple of times before while in Albuquerque. Both times we received fantastic service, food, and coffee, but this time not so much. We wanted a half dozen donuts to go, some coffee, and a couple of donuts to eat there. We both downloaded the app to get a free donut each. We both placed our orders and went inside. I told the female worker that we had an app order. She snapped at me, “he's making your drinks!” while pointing at her male co-worker. She then boxed up our half-dozen donuts and tossed them on the counter. I told her we didn't get our two free donuts. Once again, she snapped, “What free donuts?” “I don't know what you are talking about!” My wife showed her the receipts, which had the other two donuts on them. She didn't say a word, she just got out the donuts and set them on the counter, no, " I'm sorry, no nothing, just a pissed off look on her face. I sat down while my wife waited for our coffees. When she brought the coffee to the table, she told me that he told her that they were out of whipped cream. She asked him, since they didn't have any whipped cream, could he add some caramel drizzle? He then asked the female, and she snapped, “If we don't have the whipped cream, we can't add other toppings!” He then repeated it, adding, "This is my first week here, I have to do what she says. The coffee was ok, without the whipped cream, and the donuts were good, but we could have gone without the side of attitude. We will no longer go to this Krispy Kreme.
