  I’m not one to complain often but today was without a doubt the worst Jimmy John’s experience I have ever had. Not sure if today was an off day because I have been to this location before with no issues in the past. For food my sub was a complete disappointment. They got my order wrong, the bread is under baked, and they didn’t have onions or much of their produce left. Service was sub par at best. Despite their being no line and three people standing behind the counter doing nothing while one guy is making the sandwiches. The staff was rude and were too busying chit chatting to be able to take my order. The atmosphere… was impressively bad. The lobby was a disaster area, tables and floors were filthy, there were chairs strewn all over the place, boxes and trash piled up in the corner next to the register. I won’t be back to his location again, at least not til they figure it out. To the franchise owner I’d urge you to get this location fixed, your staff is rude and ultimately going to get someone sick.

  I ordered the veggie original and this is what I got: bread hollowed out by hand, no avocado spread, 4 thin cucumbers and 4 think tomatoes, and then smashed flat. Looks depressing for $15. Fastest sandwich ever made at 30 seconds.

  It took 40 minutes for them to make my sandwich to the point that my delivery was over an hour late. Don't bother ordering online, this location isn't fast like other ones.

  Customer service done right. I had an incorrect order and Stacey accepted responsibility and made it right the next time. These are the types of associates that represent a company so well, he put the customer first and gave me my sandwich with such pleasantries! Thank you Stacey
