  Worst experience ever. Never will I ever spend my money there again. Id I had the opportunity, I wouldn't give them any stars. I placed an online order and paid over $40 for food I never got. They used UberEATS to deliver my food and I never got my food. I called to let them know so I could get a refund but the told me I had to go through UberEATS for a refund. I tried going through UberEATS but got nowhere because I didn't place the order through them. I sent a message to Jimmy John's customer service and was told this location was independently owned and someone would reach out to me. It's been over a week and haven't heard from anyone. Apparently now I am out $40+ and am getting the run around. I am livid with this lack of customer service and the fact I can't get my hard earned money back. Stay away from this location.

  Arrived to pick up my online order and was met with a dirty look before being told to wait. When my order was finally handed to me, the employee was rude, and my paid side was missing. Once I got back to eat, I opened the sandwich and it completely fell apart. It also tasted nothing like the Vito I always order from Jimmy John’s. I had requested that it be cut in half, but that wasn’t done either. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

  We ordered $85 ($100 with tip) worth of food for delivery. Two sandwiches were not delivered and the store tried to blame the Uber driver.

  Man, what is wrong with these guys. Ordered a sub, took an hour and a half to get to my house and I live a mile away. They said they "got busy". Then called again to order and they don't have a driver, so you have to third party delivery it and pay ridiculous fees. No matter what, there's always a problem with this store. ALWAYS. Just shut it down again and hire some decent workers, how hard is it to find people????

  This location should be avoided, and I would say its the worst JJ location I have been to. Aside from the random closures, and extended recent downtime, the location has other major issues. When I went there a few days ago, they took about 15 min to make me four sandwiches, so slow I should have freaked. There were no other patrons and about four staff standing around. They messed up one of the sandwiches, wrong toppings as ordered. On top of that, there is a homeless community living outside so you have to be careful to lock your doors and avoid panhandlers. The location is good, the service and atmosphere are horrible. Two stars.
